Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-15
1. What fixlist is
fixlist ("the Service") generates an automated report about a publicly accessible web page you submit. The report is produced by an AI model based on rendered screenshots and technical page data, following a fixed evaluation rubric. The Service is operated by Dmitrii Kovalev, acting as a sole trader.
2. Not professional advice, no guaranteed results
The report is generated automatically and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not professional design, marketing, legal, financial, or business consulting advice, and it is not a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of any particular outcome (including conversion rates, search rankings, revenue, or any other business result). The AI can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context about your business. You are solely responsible for any decision or action you take based on the report, and you should apply your own judgment or consult a qualified professional before relying on it.
3. Acceptable use
You may only submit URLs that are publicly accessible and that you have the right to have analyzed. Don't submit pages behind a login, pages you don't own or have permission to audit, or use the Service to violate any third party's rights or applicable law.
4. Payments
Full reports are a one-time paid unlock per page. Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment details, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT — we never see or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fixlist and Dmitrii Kovalev are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, business, or data, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on a report. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
