1. Who we are
fixlist is operated by Dmitrii Kovalev, acting as a sole trader. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@fixlist.dev.
2. What we collect
The URL you submit and data derived from it: screenshots of the page, extracted text/DOM data, and performance metrics. This is used to generate your report and is stored so your report link keeps working.
No account or signup is required to generate a free preview.
Payment data: if you unlock a full report, payment is handled entirely by Paddle.com Market Limited (our merchant of record). We receive confirmation that payment succeeded and the audit ID it applies to — we never see or store your card number or full billing details. See Paddle's privacy policy for how they handle that data.
Your email address, if you buy a report: we ask Paddle for the address you paid with so we can send you the link to your report, and pass it to Resend to deliver that one email. We don't store it — the report only records whether the email went out, so the page can tell you if it didn't. The same applies to an address you type into the report recovery form: it is used to look up your purchases and send that one email, and is not kept afterwards.
3. What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't publish or share your report or the page you submitted with anyone else. We don't require an email or account to use the free preview.
4. Retention
Free previews are deleted 72 hours after they are generated, along with their screenshots and analysis — after that the report link stops working.
Full reports you paid for are kept indefinitely, so their link keeps working. You can request deletion of a report and any associated data at any time by emailing hello@fixlist.dev with the report link.
5. Third parties we use
- Anthropic (Claude API) — to analyze the rendered page and generate the report.
- Paddle.com Market Limited — to process payments as merchant of record.
- Resend — to deliver the one email that carries the link to a report you paid for.
- Our hosting provider — to run the Service and store report data.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
